Enroll America - Here's the Solution Folks!

I think it means that the government never really realized (until the last minute) that everyone wasn't going to apply online.

Today, the only "computer" many people own is their cell phone or tablet. That is particularly true for very young adults. Could you imagine doing the 21 page app on a cell phone?

21 page app? That's about 20.5 pages longer than the average client gets before asking a question.

We have problems with the 1-page employee enrollment apps the carriers are using now.

Why don't they just ask for your SSN, contact phone number, and plan selection? It's getting run through IRS anyway, instead of verifying income, can't they just insert it? Seems like a lot of needless info.

That is kind of what I was wondering. If (I think) 3 different governmental agencies are going to scrutinize the information, why are there any questions outside of identifying questions. If I inadvertently make a mistake, is there some sort of penalty they are hoping to impose on me?

I admit most of my book is in Medicare, but the individual business I do have was never this complicated. Where is the simplification that they are touting?

Income analysis is projected income in 14', not past income.
Subsidies can be clawed back (you owe the IRS), so you want to get it right the first time.
Some won't be eligible for subsidies based upon group plan access.
This app is for on exchange only.

Off exchange will be name, address, and phone number application for the same commission. I'm starting to think that on exchange policies will be 4X the work, for the same pay.... which will not be paid in a timely manner.

Tater, can't encourage people to not pay the gov't. Instead, paythehealthtax.com and buy this ST MM plan, indemnity plan, or supplemental accident/CI plan.
