Jenkins, please cite the case where the last time the Supreme Court referenced the 10th Amendment in limiting Federal vs State rights. Everyone thought Obamacare would be struck down over the 10th Amendment. The last time I checked, the Supreme Court upheld most of Obamacare.

SERIOUSLY Somorco, insurance companies often pull incorrect information on individuals from the Medical Info Bureau, Drivers License, Social Security Number. I've had 2 of applicants mislabeled as someone else, in just the past 30 days.

Do you expect the Federal Government to have correct information on the history of our life, from cradle to present? I think it's INSANE to have to answer 5 personal questions about yourself before the Exchange website will allow you to apply for a health plan.

Somarco, Can you think of any other benefit or financial system that will pose 5 personal questions, which you must answer correctly, before being able to apply for something?

I think you'll find that the vast majority of us (American's) have been living "under a rock" when the scope of this new national information database is revealed to the public in October 2013.

A major consequence of Obamacare will be the collection of even more private information, including every medical event in your life. Maybe the next application's "personal question" will be something like, "When was your last colonoscopy?"

I never suggested the information will be correct, only that Big Brother has been collecting all kinds of data for years and we only know a small portion of what they have.

Earlier this AM I applied for a Home Depot credit card and before they would process my information I had to answer questions about things such as "Did you take out a car loan in April, 1999 from any of the following lenders?"

So the answer to your question is yes.

My answer to HD was no, but that was just a guess since I did not recognize any of the lenders as someone I had used in the past.
