Enroll America - Here's the Solution Folks!

This guy Jenkins does have some very good legal arguments. I do think he is onto something and Im serious.

Penalties on individuals and businesses, and the distribution of tax credits on FFE state exchanges has not been fully vetted. It's a talking point for those republican states fighting against the law. The courts will probably fall on the side of "intent of the law", not the written law.

It's a talking point for those states fighting against tyranny and for the rights of the people to make their own buying decisions. The courts will probably fall on the side of the 10th Amendment.

There, I fixed it for you. You're welcome.

Is Texas bred anything like Texas toast? Great for making French toast . . . with a drawl of course.

although I agree with your points in theory the train has left the station and by the time this comes up the train will be well down the road. the ussc has already decided the case and if we continue to pound our heads into the sand thinking the boogy man will go to another house we are foolish.

no one is more Texan than me Jenkins and I respect and love our states rights as much as you but this thing is over. but again, I and well as everyone else on here agrees with you about the funding for subsidies but the problem is the courts are not listening.

I assume we have to wait until the first subsidy is given to a Texan then ag abbot will file suite but that puts it in the courts about may of 2014. by the time it makes it to the USSC it will be 2016 or 17 and by that time its over.
