Equita Final Expense Contracting

Contracts are reality...whether or not there is good faith or bad faith by any party to the contract.

No, they are not. You can get any contract over turned in court if you can prove that good faith never existed.

But, we're splitting hairs here. If I have a pre-nup for a release with someone and they decide at the time of request to not honor the release, I could serve out my waiting period before I ever got it handled in court. And, I would spend a lot of money getting it handled.

So, again, it all comes down to trust. I don't know if my contract with Newby has a pre-nup, but, I'm not concerned at all about his granting me a release if I ask for it.

DENIED! Keep selling!

Don't have time for a long post now, but I will not give a release to someone I have spent my time on, and trained. I have always been up front about that. Jim I told you that MANY times, and that is the reason you decided not to go with the lead program. Again, I have always been up front about this. I will give a broker agent the highest contract they are eligible to receive from the carrier. I have bumped a lot of agents to a higher commission. And in as in Ricks case released brokers that I did not provide training.

There are a couple different FE Groups within Equita. Please do not confuse me and my group with one of the other's. I contractually can not work with agents in FL, NC, TX or Ohio.

Travis, I have nothing but respect for you.. When I was with EFES the "trainning program" consisted of a short manual on how to overcome the "price" objection and the "appointment" objection. Heck the guy I was "under" Tanner was his last name I think, is not even with EFES anymore. I understand when you spend a lot of time and energy on a guy not wanting to let him go. When I first signed up with Equita my "National Sales Manager" said it will be about two weeks before you get your first set of leads so during that time period you need "google" how to successfully sell Final Expense..

Before I signed my contract I asked my "National Sales Manager" could I get a "release" his reply was sure as long as you have a zero debt balance, we give a release all the time. I took him at his word, my mistake it looks like that will turn out to be a "6 month sitting out" mistake.

Travis, again I have nothing but respect for you, but Equita will not get a "pass" in my book and I can not recommend them.

Magagent, I have never heard of Tanner, but if you PM me, I will try and fix what ever problem you have with your release. I am sure I can help you out with this. Equita is not perfect and there are a lot of moving parts, and different Managers that manage in a much different style than me. I have said this many times on this board... I am an agent not a marketing guy...

P.S.... Or you can come to work with me at 90% with $20 leads.
