I do not recommend any type of IMO such as that one. My opinion is this why join that company when you can be totally independent by contracting directly with the carriers instead of them. a lead is a lead as a business owner I use the internet to self generate leads and actively engage in social media.
Working with that company's leads, you might as well open the phone book.
I understand where you coming from with lead cost, it almost drove me deeper in debt. I began maxing out my credit cards and lines of credit. This is due to working with an IMO; additionally this is why I dislike those network marketing organization. Many of them is all talk and no action.
Dante, it's great that you can generate your own leads via the internet and social marketing, but I'll bet you're not focused on the senior market in any way unless you happen to run across the occasional senior. FE is a different animal.
Jaybo, EFES is a great place for some agents. They provide structure. Most agents getting into this business are not self-structured, so either they have to learn very quick how to become self-structured, or they have to let someone help them with it. It's one of the two, or the agent won't make it.
EFES knows that it's consistency in the business that makes it work, thus their structure of ordering leads week-in and week-out.
Just so you understand that I'm not a recruiter for EFES, I do recruit, just not to EFES. I still tell you they are a great group and might just be the fit for you.
