That's great, G-squared! Please let me know how it works out. Once I become more of a seasoned veteran (and better able to handle questions on the fly) this is definitely something I want to look into doing and it would be great to have some info about how it worked out before I do.

As far as the face painting thing goes...just hire a local teenager or 20 something looking to make a few extra bucks to sit at one side of your booth and do free face painting for the kids. It'll still draw the kids and parents over to your table, but it'll save you a few bucks since you can just pay the person a flat rate of $50 or something for the day and supply them with face paint and supplies. And, the parents will actually be at your table, not next to it. I know as a parent, I wouldn't walk away from my kids getting their face painted to talk with anyone. But if they are right next to me and I'm bored, I would talk to you or at least look at your pamphlets.
