You will get a reasonably healthy lead that is expecting a call from you. You will have everything you need to generate a quote, you will just need to call and build rapport to find out what they need...

I hate to sound negative, but if I (or anyone) can find a good telemarketer that gets three solid leads in an hour (calling small business owners)...why would we pay $10 for each one to someone else?

That doesn't sound negative at all. If you can find someone to do that, then I would suggest it... That's exactly what I did...and now I have more than I need. Some people are too busy to do this and some people just don't want the hassle. I'm not trying to push myself on anyone. I have telemarketed exclusive leads for $10 a piece. That is very cheap and the quality is great. If anyone is interested, great... If not. Not a problem.
