You don't seem like the type of prospect that interests me.
I love that Fred Flintstone has an opinion on social media. I know and understand next to nothing about it. But I can fly, so I guess we all have our strengths.
He's not spamming anyone by posting on his OWN news feed... lol
Social media is not posting a bunch of "buy from me" info. To be effective an agent needs to provide a wide range of information that is of INTEREST to your target market.
I put very few solicitations on my FB page but quite a bit of informative and items of general interest to my targets.
FB DOES generate a few leads but not enough to keep the lights on. What is does do is keep my name and brand in front of folks.
I might spend 15 minutes a day looking for info to post.
