Has anybody heard of Family Benefit Life Insurance Co.? Looks like they are out of Tulsa, OK(that's where their mailing came from). I received a piece in the mail today showing rates at $5k for ages 50-85. I did a forum search and nothing showed up. Just curious if anyone has had any dealings with them. Looks like they may be part of Trinity Life Insurance Co.
