Family First Life

Here is the answer to your question: The only good testimonials you'll find there are from Managers and the agents that are still new and have nothing to compare to. They only think it is great because they have never worked insurance any other way. They don't know what they don't know....ya know?
Don't be so professional Todd. :)

@Todd King just showed us all how to do this right!;) If I were you, I'd forget FFL right now and talk to Todd about what he's got to offer. Serious answer. He has a ton of knowledge and experience, cares about his agents, and runs one of the best insurance organizations I know of.
And how much did Todd pay you to say that? :err:

@DonJuan I have to agree with you. This forum is not for newbies. I wouldn't advise that even a seasoned professional spend too much time in here. You have to sift through the toxicity to even remotely find a civil and adult dialogue between people.

Are you still with Family First Life? If so, are you still doing well at it?

There's no toxicity here this is just a collection of old grizzly insurance guy is kind of like a neighborhood bar. If you walked in and you don't know the joint it's going to seem a little grizzly but they are all good people.

@Baseball7 I didn't say everything was toxic, but much of it is. It's obvious many try to incite others and intentionally goad them. Perhaps, some people are so used to not being supportive and lifting people up that they don't recognize it. I've only been in this forum a couple of times and there is a bit of both. I would like to think that people would come on and share their experiences without so much opposition and accusations about lying. It's nice to get to the meat of the topic without trying to weed through so much of the pettiness. It doesn't take any effort at all for people to be nice and it sure feels a lot better.

Here's the real and most up-to-date comp grid

like was said previously, fake carrot on a stick.

typical "we don't make money off of leads" spiel that you get from every other MLM in this industry. They own Mail Pro Leads. DM leads are locked out all across the country. They don't give you any "discount" for DM leads that you can't get cheaper from a reputable vendor somewhere else! My personal favorite is Chris at Lead Connection

best advice given is to get high and fair contracts from someone like others have mentioned. Trust me you can do it without conferences, shiny YouTube videos, propaganda about "New Agent A just sold $6k in her first appointment off of an $11 internet lead! ROI is crazy!"

Red flag—They shouldn't have to "sell" you on their leads
