Farmers to Arrowhead

Grod The only thing about those small companies with very good rate is the question on claim handling.

I used to have a company called tower ins in CA they had good rate but owful claim service. I stoped doing business with them.

The thing is if you have a good condition home and decent credit you can get a good company in TX. Check out Allied ins or Safeco ins. They tend to have good rates on auto and home.:biggrin:

Grod,

I'm a Farmers agent in the DFW area. Looks like you got caught in our Book roll to our new Next Gen home policy. If you have good credit I would recommend checking out Liberty Mutual. Farmers will soon become competitive on home once our CEO stops freaking out and we get this book roll from our old policy to our new policy delt with.

As stated before I would not do business with smaller new insurance companies in Texas. With the amazingly high claims ratios home insurance has in Texas a lot of smaller insurance companies go bankrupt after a large tornado or Hail storm and guess what happens then.... they don't pay...
