Fax # for Banker's Life (Med Supp Cancellation)

Simply have her go to her bank and stop the bank draft. Most of my new clients do it that way. No hassle, no waiting for a refund when they claim they didn't get it in time and it is stopped immediately.

Doesn't the bank charge a stop payment fee?

I had a client go into their bank one week after a premium drafted that shouldn't have. He told the bank what happened, they listed it as an unauthorized bank deduction, put the money right back into his account and debited the insurance company, at no charge. This was a credit union and they seem to be more friendly to their customers than the big banks. Just thougt I'd pass this on, it may work with other people in the same situation....unauthorized bank deduction

Most of the time they do, but that has never been a major issue with my new clients.

Most would rather pay a couple of extra bucks than have the company draft their account for an additional month and then have to wait six to eight weeks to get the refund.

Not all seniors are "poor" although they all would have you believe that.

Way OT here, but, I was in you area yesterday, Frank. Well, your State anyway. We took the in-laws over to Lambert's. They had never been and had heard about it for years. 3 hour trip each way, but, it was worth it to make their day.
