FE AGENT IN GEORGIA STRUGGLING NEED HELP PLEASE

HELLO, I'M AN FE AGENT IN GA AND NEED ADVISE PLEASE HELP ME, ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.

The problem is I have not been able to find a good lead source. I started out with telemarketing leads and did well initially but then the lead quality went down significantly. Then I tried other Tele leads and the quality was the same. Seems to be a problem in Ga. I have pretty much tried every lead source except for direct mail because I have needed a "quick lead". So at this point my goal is to buy some leads and survive and put food on the table. I am under FEX with Scott, but he was very upfront that there is nothing he could do to help me in Ga. Is there a direct mail house that sells fixed price leads in Ga ? I think there might be a few direct mail houses. I am trying to look at what options I have.

A different career, field or business?

Work DM leads in a neighboring state like Florida, Alabama,South Carolina and commute staying in motels?

Move to a different state altogether ?

I am struggling bad and need some help, if you agents can please give me some advice, or point me in the right direction please. I am a good person with no criminal record and have never hurt anybody. Hoping someone can help me out.

OP -

Which Telemarketing lead companies did you use?

I will say from the marketing end of the business, GA is definitely tougher than other states. GA, FL, NJ, NY, CA ... These are all states that we have at times ran into issues with lead volume/consistency.

My personal belief is that there are "good" areas in every state regardless of saturation from agents or other marketing companies. The problem is sometimes the "good" areas are far and few between in states like GA.

If you extend the area you are currently working, you should be able to see an increase in your overall success. I know as an agent personally, when I started to drive 2 or more hours to the area I was planning on selling in, it seemed to really help.

The immediate area around me was not a great FE market.

so true. I drive to the rural areas which are about 1 to 1.5 hours away, max. worth it for the $$$. These people are also friendly and easier to deal with. Slower pace life. .

I am in Blue Ridge this week on vacation. Seems like a perfect FE area. You could easily work in 3 states-GA, TN and NC.

I am not sure if you are still in the business, but we made a decision to open up territory in Georgia even though it will cost us a good bit of money. I hate seeing agents not at least have an option to get on a DM program if they are willing to go to work!

We have opened up over 500 leads per week initially at a fixed rate. If you still need fixed price DM, just reach out.
