FE Carrier for 50k Level Face Amount?

I have a 56 yr male non smoker but has a morphine pump due to back injuries/surgeries. Would like a company has easy pos or none(probably wishful thinkg on the none part:) ) I know Assurity goes that high but from what I have read on here the pos is a nighmare. Any thoughts? Thanks

TransAmerica 139 for 40k
Mutual of Omaha 136 40k

Neither require POS interview but both reserve the right to call if something comes up during underwriting.

I would choose Trans if it were me.

Phoniex does to 50k but I think they require a POS

Thanks but already maxed out Trans 2 years ago. Are there no other carriers that go to 50k? And is Assurity really that horrible? Opinions plz?

You could write mutual of Omaha guaranteed UL. They have one that is simplified issue that you can guarantee premiums until age 100 or 121. Premiums will be slightly cheaper than while life but won't really build any cash value

Medico and Standard Life & Accident. Not sure about the morphine pump.

Cross off Medico...morphine's on their KO list.

Not many of them. But I do think Assurity has a problem with it.
