So are these Ai generated leads interacting with people who press for more info on social media leads . So the human like Ai interacts with the lead and sets appointments on a calendar . So you can program the Ai to only make appts for the next day ? It will be smart enough to know how to make appts in certain areas geographically for face to face agents ?

Overall I would say that's probably true.

It's far from the case with FEX.

Agents joining FEX and being trained properly and having access to the best companies and lead vendors and the support are succeeding and staying in business for years.

I don't know the numbers. Maybe Scott can elaborate?

My guess is it's well over 50% and I think I'm guessing low.

You are the one doing the work. We provide you with good commissions with a great selection of companies. We give you access to training where you can listen and interact with really great agents. You can ask anyone, any question you want. You can call me anytime and I usually answer or will call you back. We have great lead options. We supply you with rate quotes and underwriting assistance that is easy to use. We have a path that has worked very well for many agents. BUT, if you fail out I'm not going to notice it. Especially if you never ask for help. If you don't interact with our group, get on the calls and ask questions, call me from appointments for assistance, get your lead orders in to me, put your production on the leader board, earn company conventions, come to our agency conventions, etc. we will barely notice. It won't affect us much at all. It will affect you greatly. BUT if you do work the plan and have HUGE success, it's your success through your hard work. Not mine. We are your biggest cheer leaders. But you are the one that makes your own success. No one can hand it to you.

I don't track who fails out too closely. But I'm sure our 12th month fail out rate is way under 50%
