100% agree . In general what 5 or 8% of agents make it 2 yrs or more? It's a tough business that takes tenacity and hard work wether telesales or face to face . But the overall Gross vol of fe telesales is much much higher than face to face sales thus the override potential much greater than having face to face agents for any fmo . Whatever sales profession anyone does success to the person is measured in what did i get to keep before taxes at the end of the yr . I've said this 50 times over the last 5 yrs . The fmo overrider gets paid on GROSS vol not net vol after expenses . Thats why many fmo's would always tell there agents buy 30-50 direct mail leads a week . They didn't care what you netted it was all about your total volThere are tons of F2F agents that were supposedly making great money that are no longer in the business so it doesn't just happen with telesales agentd.
