FE Cold Calling Script

Hooky you are doing quite well in my opinion. And you are getting your excercise with all that walking. Now consider what you are not paying for leads. That ought to put a smile on your face. I know because I do quite a bit of door knocking myself. I always have. I like the challenge of it. Most agents just will not put forth that much effort.

I'm sorry if this was stated. I don't have the time to read the entire thread so forgive me if this is was already stated. But if you do have leads or bought any type of direct mail leads, the most effective "cold calling" is typically running the neighbors where those leads were sent.

If one person got the card and mailed it back on that street, most everyone around them go the card too. Just take someone's card from the street, walk up and down knocking doors. Use something like

"Hi, My name is_____. I was just down the street seeing the "Jone's" your neighbors, and I wanted to stop by here while I was still in the area. You should've received this card(show them, don't hand it to them)by now and may have even mailed it back regarding our "Indiana State Regulated Life Insurance Programs" you may qualify for? Since I was in the area I wanted to see you personally and let you know what benefits you may qualify for? Only take s a few minutes to explain everything to you and then I can be on my way. Fair enough?"

You get the point. You obviously have to be quick on your feet. This especially works GREAT not only in apartments but govt housing apartments that have a security guard. Once you're in...take advantage of it. If you have to come back, "verify" their information...now you have a lead.
 
I'm planning on knocking on doors during the day for FE and knocking young families on Saturdays for mortgage protection. Is targeting 55+ mobile home parks a good place to knock?

Sorry if its a dumb question but I'm new to FE.
