Yes and no. The occasional over the phone. They are not really defining occasional but you can bet if an agent submits all his business as phone sales they will step in.

How is Cigna priced on their life? They are priced very well on the sups here. I don't care for Cigna so I never picked them up.

At one time Cigna was also advancing nine months on direct bill telesales business, and still might be doing it.
