FE in PA Needs Training, Leads

Still vote for Butch Jones... Couldn't coach football at Tennessee.... but surely he would qualify as an FE coach..

He's got time on his hands and he doesn't need the money either. Got a nice buyout from UT. Not afraid of the phone as well. He was calling recruits and trying to get them to go elsewhere while his termination letter was still warm from the printer.

Plus he has catchy slogans. "Champions for Life."

I'm writing 30k a month. That 38k Boman is talking about came in the last 17 days of the month. I'm also consistently writing 15-20 mapds. Since I came to EFES I learned that you can buy your way to success in this business. I was spending 600 a week dropping mail to get 12-18 leads a week. Now I'm spending 900-1200 A week to get 30-40 leads a week. I doubled my expenses to double my production. Right now I'm pacing 15k this month and I'm not buying FE leads because of medicare aep. This business is real simple: be coachable, work hard, and manage your money properly and it's impossible to fail.

I believe these numbers.

The guy that we just brought on board to be our Medicare Specialist & teach us his system does something very similar. He just hits it from a little different angle, from the Medicare Supplement angle.

For October he did:
Med Supp $72,304 AP (45 apps)
Life $26,752 AP (33 apps)
Med Advantage (5 apps)
Issued business

Best part is he spent a whopping $750 in total lead cost to create the above numbers with his system.

Med supp isn't big where I work. Liberal state people always want stuff for free

And when Mr. Boman is too busy ? I could try Broker4Ever ?

I think what is happening here from my observations are EFES "regional directors" are recruiting from here and other places. These new agents are instructed to talk to Ben to get the 411 of the EFES organization and then they are placing those new agents direct to one of their "regional directors" downlines based on geography or based on who got to that agent first. If I'm not right I'm probably pretty close because all of a sudden all the EFES "regional directors" on this site are referring agents to talk to Ben. So my guess is once the agent is in one of the "regional directors" downlines the "regional director" will be answering underwriting & daily activity questions.
