I'm thinking E-64 on pink paper will get you the most responses. It's the most vague so to actually set the appointment and get in the door you might have to be vague yourself. Right up until the point you give your presentation then you are very clear on your purpose.
I'm sure it's better to be somewhat vague just to get to the point of presentation rather than talk insurance details on the phone and have them say no thanks.
