I'm doing wayyy too much volume to have my telesales agents sit on the phone for a full 3 way app, which FE carriers are lenient and have a quick turnaround on e-apps?
Americo is great but they have a problem with the large amount of daily volume we input from telephone sales. Really a shame as theyre perfect for us otherwise.
Phoenix loved the volume but theyre too stringent with their garbage underwriting/ turnaround times/ ridiculous outstanding requirements.
Im looking for the carrier who loves high volume +80% persistency without a ***ing grand jury trial in either underwriting or compliance. We do everything by the book and need to break free of these restraints! Thanks

Senior life could be a fit. But they started doing Rx and I believe MIB. Not a bad thing but they should of told agents ahead of time.

Apps. Used to be approved within a day but taking longer. And you have to monitor all of this on iPad app.

So you have to be prepared to put in extra time. Give me a shout some time

The FE industry isn't set up for telesales yet. If it were, you wouldn't have these problems.

If you're dead set on FE, you might want to look into an IMO that has a drop ticket system like Penny for example.

The only carriers I know that have what you're looking for are on the term side...

Completely disagree. 75% of most competitive carriers offer ability to do applications over phone or email or fax or thru mail

To say you can't do this over the phone is loser talk

I think what the OP is referring to is a very fast process that does not require his agents to stay on the phone to complete a 20 min phone interview. That's why dojo mentioned a drop ticket system like the term side has where the sales agent gets the client on board and someone else completes the app.

No. Just no.

Why would you drop ticket a FE sale? Makes no sense with FE and all the e-apps and voice processes out there. It may save them a few minutes of app process, but handing off to a 3rd party will have a higher dropoff rate and they will place less business. Period.

OP's issue is a carrier that can handle his volume and not having to have his agents on the phone for 20-30 minutes for an interview/3 way call. Anyone in telesales knows that phone interviews are a waste of time when you are dialing for dollars. It is a time suck, and a sales killer.

It's funny how there's always someone to show up and tell you you're wrong without showing a better solution. LOL

I never said drop ticket was the perfect answer but I wanted to give OP an a new idea that he hasn't tried before. Hes done PHI carriers and eapp carriers & still isn't satisfied. Someone like him that does a lot of production probably already knows every carrier that does eapp. Most that have eapp FE products will want to do random telephone interviews later on which will put OP in the same position he is in.

But if you want to give OP ideas he already knows then go for it. At least I give an effort to provide value unlike you.
