What is your persistency like- when you take ten seconds and talk fast and make sure you don't take time to listen and you get the heck off the phone as fast as you can and hope like heck they didn't understand much?

You are referring to the sales process which is not being discussed here. The discussion around "voice signature" is only in reference to what the client must complete to actually apply for the coverage.

I am talking about the original post , the very first one. He is using the eff word and complaining he has to take a few minutes and ask some health questions, when it sounds like he would really rather get the heck off the phone. So, my question still stands, how is his persistency ?

You don't get it man. What the OP is talking about is the health questionnaire, authorizations, and disclaimers which is all part of the voice signature for most telesales carriers. He and everyone else are not talking about the sales process.

They are all just talking about actually processing the applications.

It almost appears that NSRH is providing us an example of how an IMO misleads unsuspecting agents about their opportunity.

Greg, thats a garbage statement.

The question is about voice signatures. Thats what I answered. Its 30 seconds, with a possible 10 min DIMA call. Thats not misleading.

Get better at telesales if you want to compete.
