FE Question

Only asking, as when we do the interview for their NON Med. term products for my Diabetes clients, it takes 30-40 minutes. NOt joking. Their interview process is a joke, and the questions they ask are absurd

I cant speak for their other products. I have a proprietary product that we only sell. We helped design it and are constantly making it better. But we do ALOT of production with them, and they allow for us to customize alot of their processes.

From my last conversation with them 20% of their applications are coming from our distribution.

Dude NSRH come on bro.

When people are talking about phone interviews to process apps, they are referring to the WHOLE THING.

You can't break up the "voice sig" that takes 30 seconds and completely leave out the call with DIMA. Those two together are what everyone else is referring to.

What you should be saying is our voice signature takes 7 mins 30 seconds to 10 mins 30 seconds.

The question was regarding our voice sig process.

Thats 30 seconds.

SL makes the agent do a four minute voice recording (which is my understanding).

Moreover, if our client is ROP, then the only thing we do is a 30 second voice signature.

The 7 to 10 minute DIMA call is not what I would consider part of the voice signature, and this is only done to qualify for Immediate..

Well your statements should certainly clarify that. Simply making the blanket statement "30 sec voice signature" will leave everyone with the impression that all your calls simply take 30 seconds which is obviously not the case.

That's cool you don't have to call DIMA for the ROP plan. What percentage of your apps are ROP though?

35 to 40% of our business is ROP.

AmAm pays the same commission on this too (no reduction).

Another reason why I can say that AmAm "gets it".

It almost appears that NSRH is providing us an example of how an IMO misleads unsuspecting agents about their opportunity.

What is your persistency like- when you take ten seconds and talk fast and make sure you don't take time to listen and you get the heck off the phone as fast as you can and hope like heck they didn't understand much?

5 minutes to fill out the application once off the phone. So how long was spent on the phone gathering that information?

You're leaving a lot out here. I realize a lot is due to your sales call and the fact that the entire call is recorded, not just the signature which is recorded separately and saved long term.
