Oh, this should be a hoot. Without final regulations still available (coming by March 31), insurers are supposed to develop plans by April 30 for submission. Don Hughes from AZ spoke, and spoke highly of agents.

I watched the senate video on the link below. The democrats are squirming about the timely launch of exchanges, the loss of ACO's/ in the fiscal cliff deal (they should have read the law they signed), Basic health plan delay, and the fact families won't have access to tax credits if employer offers affordable coverage. It was fun to watch, as they are getting scared this law is falling apart at the seams.
A nice surprise, CCIO head mentioned agents as a key resource to assist consumers. Well worth the time to watch. Kind of sad all of the senators left the room as the 3 states gave their updates. States who deferred to FFE made the right call
