Got an email from a local FMO that Universal Healthcare (Any,Any) is requiring a recorded SOA prior to your inhome appt.

Can anyone else verify that info, and is that a glimpse into future carrier requirements?

That would stop me in my tracks.

TIA

Don't have an answer. But what the hell does that header mean?

lol...bored. I guess. that old song that repeated first names keeps running thru my head but I can't remember the title of the song. Just the tune......must have wino blues.

That's it!!! Just downloaded it from You Tube...

Here's to you kid, (clicking wine glass)

I'm just assuming you mean UnitedHealthcare, but unless something has changed their training materials still show the same legal CMS requirement of either a recorded SOA or a paper form collected prior to appointment for part D and MA.

FMO was doing a 100$ bonus for completing the training early.

Explain what you mean by recording someone before you see them. I think you just need to call the home office when you go into the appointment. They will talk to the customer and give them a number to write down. How is this going to stop you in your tracks?
