Fee Fie...Any Any...go Henny

ok....we can call while in the home prior to presentation? I thought it had to be done prior to home visit.

I don't mind calling after I get there, but this prior to with a new client is too much work.

that Shirley Ellis song is peppy, no? I used to dance like in that video too. Forgot those moves till now.

Universal, like CMS, requests that you have a scope done before the appointment. Universal has a recorded phone script that can be done by calling a certain number and doing a 3-way with the client on the other end and then there is a code that you will write in the scope. You can do it the old fashioned (or stupid) and mail it out and hope that they mail you the scope back so you can call for an appointment. If for some reason the scope is not done prior to the appointment, a paper scope will be accepted (with a reason....ie hard of hearing client could not perform the tele-scope). If you are doing Universals tele-app then you MUST do a pre-recorded tele-scope, and not a paper scope.

Make sense?

If you have a way to record it yourself you can:

1. explain you're starting to record the call
2. Ask them their name and address
3. ask if they know that you're coming over to talk about part d and medicare advantage plans
4. ask if you have permission to come

I just do that for my SOA's, and I put them in a file folder on the computer along with the scanned copy of the apps and a copy of the emailed lead that was sent to me.

Ringcentral has a 1 button press recording feature that you can just click, then download the recording.
