Felonies and Future Income (True Crime and Falsehood) ?

I did read it. How many times does it say something like, "allegedly"?

At least with Trump, you KNOW he took records. You KNOW he instigated a riot. Well, the 2nd once I'm sure you're still in denial of even though the evidence is right in your face.

I'll say this again. I voted for this piece of crap twice. I liked a lot of his policies. However, the man himself is as despicable as they come. He thinks he's above the law.

Say all you want about Biden. I think he's a piece of crap too. I don't support him at all.
We do not KNOW that he took records illegally. Every president has removed records when they left office. The Clintons not only took records they took the artwork and the silverware. Their home was not raided to make sure they returned it all.

If he didn't, why didn't he respond to the initial request from the National Archives to give 'em back? After that, why was the subpoena for those documents basically ignored? That's why they issued the search warrant. Clinton cooperated with the FBI for the most part when they were investigating the bathroom email server.

I can't deny that there's a serious breach of security on both parts. The laws around record keeping and security guidelines are largely ignored by lots of officials. There's mounting concern over cybersecurity threats (hackers and their techniques are getting more sophisticated on a daily basis), and carelessness affects us all. If Trump had SCI-confidential nuclear documents stowed away at Mar-a-Lago, well...that's really incredibly dumb. Guess we'll find out eventually.

Can someone please show a link, not MSNBC, that says he had TS Nuclear documents. A lot of innuendo, little substance.

It's speculated. That's why I included the very important "if." I'm skeptical of course because a) Trump is an ***, and b) TS nuclear information is the most protected, compartmentalized information there is.

Yeah, that is why I am skeptical about where the accusations and innuendo come from. People throw crap out as a fact or "innocent innuendo with a wink wink.

If there is some truth that is different of course. Take Hunter Biden and his emails and text. Or Trump's past business dealings.

Many times the 'IF' is added instead of the wink wink.

I'm guessing part of it stems from Trump's own statement on August 12th.

"Hey if he can do it, why can't I?" Maybe Barry O held on to nuclear docs too. Who knows? The way this is stated sounds unintentionally confessional.

So it would seem the originator pulled his question?

This thread is starting to remind me of relatives in a hospital arguing over whether uncle Buck should be kept on life support or should they pull the plug. Aunt Maude wants to keep him plugged in until Willie, who gets out of the state pen in 2 weeks, can see his pop one last time.

His daughter Brenda, however; wants to get back to her job at the strip club so wants to shut him off so she can can go to the funeral before she has to leave. She's still upset at Willie for steeling her girl friend back in the day.

Come on uncle Buck, let us know your there, move a finger or a toe.

Enter the doctor with a couple of nurses in tow. He ruffles through a couple forms on a clipboard. Brow furrowed, he confers in hurried whispers with the nurses.

The doctor puts on his best bedside manner and addresses the family. "We're terribly sorry. This is completely unprofessional and in my three decades of practicing, it's the first time I've seen such a thing. Uncle Buck has been dead since this morning. The only thing keeping the heart rate monitor going is the unaddressed mass of maggots pulsating in his chest cavity."
