How do I find out what's in the Pharm Report?

Like Wino said, ask her about all medications she is taking. The fact she doesn't know what she is taking and why, re lisinopril, is concerning as well. Particularly in light of her age.

Did you explain it on the UW notes page?

I noted everything the applicant told me and the underwriter requested an APS. It took weeks to get it and he was declined afterwards.

The dosage on the lasix is important. At lower amounts it could be for HBP

Is 40 MG considered a low dosage. She is only on 2.5 MG of Lisinopril which makes me think the Lasix is for HBP. Also she is on no other meds except Simvastatin
