Are you guys sure UHL does direct bill. I was told they did not accept direct bill. Just became contracted with them.

UHL does still take direct bill.

That is what I keep reading on here but the policy service guide says "No Direct Monthly Billing". I have never tried or asked them but I will.

That is correct. They will do monthly direct with the .099 modal factor. They will also bill for the first month, you don't have to collect the 1t month's premium.
