Final Expense Company Who Take a Credit or Debit Card

The op's question was about the social security debit card (direct express card). Will 5 star take that one too? Most will not, even if they take cc for payment. Only company I know that takes direct express is Liberty Bankers Life.

5 Star takes the Direct Express.

I've called the number on the back of the cards and got acct numbers and routing and did withdraws to them including the Walmart card.

I have too but there were still issues when it came to actually drafting.

I don't blame insurance for not taking credit cards as monthly payments. I wouldn't if I were running a company. If they have to charge their insurance payments it can't be a good thing.

I would make an exception for the Direct Express from SS. But the draft would have to be on the pay date. That money is there every month at midnight of the pay date. If the draft is sent in on that same date then it would be honored before the person could even get to the bank to withdraw the funds out as many do.

But, insurance companies do not ask agents about this stuff.

I assume the commissions are as earned on those with 5star. Always was with monumental.

They advance on all modes of payment including direct bill.

I didn't know that Mon paid those as earned. I'm as earned on all business with Monumental so it wasn't any different for me.

I have never signed up for advancing with 5 Star. In fact i wrote "as earned" on the contract. They still advance me 6 months. They used to have 100% advancing. maybe they still do?

I thought LBL put out a memo a couple months back that they're no longer taking any debit cards. Am I remembering wrong? Sometimes my memory fails me!
