Definitely go down the voice signature trail.Our calls are recorded so we were hoping a carrier would accept a voice signature or we could send a link for an e-signature.

We were hoping to speed up the process. We would also like to be able to write when some of the call centers are closed (Saturday afternoon and Sunday). Are you guys finding that the calls are more efficient? I am new to this and would love your feedback.

I was looking at TA's new Non Par Whole Life the other day. wound up on a call with tech support trying to get into IGO. Their solution - clear the cache, then use a different browser for each company Such as Explorer for TA, Firefox for MoO and so on. Then clear the cache.

You have to enter your login/password each time for each company but it works well for me.
