We were hoping to speed up the process. We would also like to be able to write when some of the call centers are closed (Saturday afternoon and Sunday). Are you guys finding that the calls are more efficient? I am new to this and would love your feedback.

You'll lose money with esign. Focus on voice only. Esign sounds like the way to go, but once you get into it you'll have issues with iGo, other vendors, seniors needing you to help them sign into their own emails, creating them an email address etc. It's not worth it. Focus on voice, even if the interviews are 30 minutes. You'll place far more biz with voice than you will with esign.

I was looking at TA's new Non Par Whole Life the other day. wound up on a call with tech support trying to get into IGO. Their solution - clear the cache, then use a different browser for each company Such as Explorer for TA, Firefox for MoO and so on. Then clear the cache.

Have one browser that doesn't store anything (erases cache on exit, passwords, no cookies, no history, etc.).

You have to enter your login/password each time for each company but it works well for me.

Not sure why these companies use IGO. I am assuming IGO has pics of someone on Epstein's Island.
