Speaking of this, we are hosting a Road Show next Thursday and Friday in KC. It'd be great to meet some of y'all. Just a few tanks of gas and a cheap Airbnb!

It's basically two days worth of ten or so of Equita's top agents flying in and sharing their tips and tricks with everyone. We usually go out in the evening for a bite and since we're in Kansas City maybe we can get Americo to pick up the tab lol.

Sure I'm biased, but I've never been a part of events like these where industry experts are sharing their system with what basically amounts to the general public. It's free, there's no recruiting and as this career tends to be silo it would be cool to share a drink/java if any of y'all can make it out!

Facebook can be a scary place sometime. Shortly after you posted this I started getting a sponsored ad from Facebook with a video of you telling me that you can teach me to write 400k of FE or more every 4th or 5th post.

Before my brother and sister-in-law announced their pregnancy, or even shopped for anything, Facebook was already customizing special ads for them. They claim all they ever did was talk about it!

If true, that is scary!!

Unfortunately, I believe it. I have talked to a recruit on the phone and I will see them pop up as "potential friends" on Facebook. It's creepy.

FB doesn't need to, there are so many other data points to gather that most people don't even realize it.

That's why I never download the FB app on my phone. By downloading you give them access to your text messages as well. So if you text someone about something you'll start seeing ads about it lol.

It's definitely listening, I was reading this thread out loud and I keep getting wholesale manure pop up ads....could this be connected?
