You have quite the active imagination. Who has been chest pounding? You are the one who made claims about Oregon Law.

Jose is the only one to claim anything significant (and it's not nearly as significant as you claim either, you added 40k to his production in your representation)
Oregon law? The adding 40k was just a throw out number didn't have the "actual" numbers memorized either way his numbers are un-realistic. To assume he is better than Spur City is humorous to me, The funny part is you guys are trying to build an agency off the forum just like FEX did, not a person on here except your little coffee clan agrees with those numbers you guys should take note of that and you claiming you don't have a vested interest at this point isn't going to be believed anyway. Most of the other recruiters on here at least give value they give their phone script they do YouTube videos, website help, etc, they actually try to help the agents and back up their amazing claims unlike your boy he's done nothing for this forum except try to recruit based on unrealistic numbers for even the average age to possibly hit

You want my opinions on anything I'll help you with no strings attached. I don't need a downline in my life right now. I have shared my scripts with many (and did a YouTube video or two also!)

Again, I don't endorse them. I think... If you look, Matt Mungia's insurance squad is the only place I have vocally suggested people sign up. I don't work for him either. I just have issues with people bending truth to their own ends. I have proof that Jose has written what he did. I don't want him hanging out without any support.

We're all good but I think you may misunderstand my post about Matt in comparison to Jose.
 
I think it's awesome how FEX has 2 agents that are unicorns. JD gets 10 leads weekly and does 250K and Jose gets 20 and does 350K. Seriously guys FEX has 2 unicorns in there agency they must have something going on.

You must not be familiar with our agency at all. We have about 50 of what you would call unicorns. We never subscribed to the buy a million leads per week club. When we read about some of you guys buying 40 to 60 leads weekly we were shocked in the other direction. We figured that you guys never took a day off or something to run that many leads.

But it comes down to this. Our group usually runs 20 to 25 leads weekly. A few take 30. Most call Saturday morning to set appointments for Monday. Monday is a field day. All day. 100% focused on selling. If you hit your goal of $4,000 on Monday Travis says to toss the rest of your leads away and take the rest of the week off because you hit goal. Most agents (me included when I was in the field) aren't going to do that. They are going to go out again on Wednesday.

So Monday was a field day. Tuesday is an office day. You process your sales and call to set your appointments for Wednesday. Wednesday is a field day just like Monday was. 100% focused on sales. If you still havent hit your $4,000 by the end of the day on Wednesday then you go back out on Thursday. Some of them on Thursday might be cold door knocks.

Friday is the Agent call. And then you rinse and repeat for next week. UNLESS you haven't hit your $4,000 on Friday. If you haven't hit goal by Friday you keep going until you do. Death before disgrace.

This model has worked for a whole lot of people over the years. Not for two unicorns. The unicorns are the guys like Tim Winders and Matt Mungia selling huge numbers in their record years. What JD and Jose do are good but pretty standard for agents who work an effective system. And they do it at a pace that they have a LOT of family time and can keep it going long term. All these guys run the Travis Tubbs model that he layed out years ago. It still works today just like it did 10 years ago.

To say Matt is a Unicorn is absurd and typical for you FEX guys. Matt worked more leads and harder than any other agent in the country, that isn't Unicorn fairy dust, that is called working hard.
