Simplified issue WL (mostly known as Final Expense) starts at a table 4 rating and usually only goes by the questions asked on the app. No paramed. Maybe a phone interview as well.

Gerber is going to be your best bet if you are looking for a company that doesn't cancel your contract because you send them too much GI business! LOL

You'll find that putting everybody in a GI policy is NOT always in their best interests. Many will be able to get Level or Graded coverage.
