Why, in the world with any agent buying new direct mail leads not call the leads to set appointments? That just doesn’t make sense. If only 10% of them set appointment she still got some appointments. That’s the cream rising to the top. Then you’re just gonna go door knock the rest of them anyway just like you would have, so what’s the difference?There are endless posts on this forum where you say door knocking is “inefficient “.
Yes it’s easier to train for those that are willing because it actually works.
And the reason that many agencies don’t want the agents to call and set appointments is because they’re selling them previously worked leads.
