Yes. Especially since they cannot sell anything. They are still under CMS suspension. They say they expect to be able to sell PDP and HMO/PPO plans for 2010. They have exited the PFFS market.

They are paying renewals. I got a deposit yesterday for renewals. They haven't paid for the "true-ups". They tell me they haven't paid any agents/brokers yet. I've seen some claim on here that they have been paid.

Please forgive me here, I am looking to get into the Med Supp/ MA biz ( oh great, another one). It seems as though the companies are paying the 1st 1/2 and hanging on to the rest for sometime...correct? Is this the norm or is it based on the carriers ? How soon and how are the supps paid out? Any info would be helpful.....Thanks

Medicare Advantage STINKS - for everybody. Plus, Obama said he's going to eliminate it as soon as he can. (See the video here.)

Medicare Supplements will continue to be in need and still a great source of on-going, residual income for agents!
