fix medicare coordination of benefits

I vaguely remember several years ago there was a website that Medicare beneficiary could go on to update their insurance with Medicare. Does anyone know which site this is?

I have a customer where Medicare thinks their Obamacare plan is still in effect when it is not. As a result Medicare wants to be his secondary. He needs to inform Medicare that the U65 insurance is in fact cancelled, and he now has Medicare and a supplement.

He can call the Social Security Coordination of Benefits number at (855) 798-2627 and notify them that he no longer has the Marketplace plan and that Medicare should be Primary. They will ask him some questions that he will have to attest to. It takes about 10 days for the system to update

it the Medicare benefits coordination line. Can they change it? i thought they can just tell you status and then you have to get the insurance company to update their system before it updates in cms system.
