Wow! That is probably one of the most exclusive parts of Walton County. Waton County is one of the, if not the, fastest growing counties in FL. I live over in Okaloosa County with the poor folks.

Yep...gotta sell a lot of insurance, or also work for IBM in a prior life and never have any kids.

My main business is LTC, with a lot of ACA carry over.......so I basically just T65 off my existing client base + referrals. Even LTC insurance is more expensive in Florida, but LTC clients tend to be more Med Sup clients
