FMO Release

Todd, their policy was just changed a few months ago and they didn't notify any of the agents on this updated policy.

This is the reason why we need an open release letter up front. The FMO policies can and will change in a heartbeat. The only person that can't change is the agent. They are locked in. Therefore the FMO can promise whatever they want. One thing that is constant is change. Get with an FMO that offers an open release.
