For New Final Expense Agents: 4 Final Expense Contract Scams To Avoid

You can't roll over a policy for the sake of commission. That is illegal in Georgia and the Agent very well could go to jail . . .
This is how ignorant you are you're selling a telesales product which means it's going to be a little bit more expensive than a non-telesales product which means rolling the business is in the best interest of the client. Theso called contract from your "company" to the agent will do no good whatsoever in a court of law, everyone on this forum knows if noncompetes are BS.

Our rates are the same to the client regardless of the sales mode. They are equal to SBLI and LBL. Matter of fact - we use LBL for our 10pay clients.

LOL @ "ignorant" - u havent a clue Sambo . . .

Non-Competes are much different than Non-Solicitation and Non-Circumvent. You seem to have a need for some formal education Chase my boy.

Plus *ickhead chase - the OP was talking about a rogue agent leaving because of commission % and rolling for a better deal. He wasn't talking about "rates" or doing right by the client. Nor - was he speaking of tele-sales. So - phuck off and go join *ick in the bleachers.

I know you were talking about FE. And annuities are BIGGER money... and that guy's case was dismissed.

I say again: show me the jail case.

Btw, the term is REPLACE not 'roll'.

You sound as if you like to talk.
