You can't roll over a policy for the sake of commission. That is illegal in Georgia and the Agent very well could go to jail . . .
This is how ignorant you are you're selling a telesales product which means it's going to be a little bit more expensive than a non-telesales product which means rolling the business is in the best interest of the client. On what charge? Show me a case - preferably outside of California - where selling an annuity can get you jail time.
