I used Norvax for over 2 years and got tired of the expense and never saw an ROI. The convenience of quoting multiple carriers at once was great but not worth $200/mo. The back office is super helpful for organizing leads and sending proposals but it's still a ton of work, which is quite the opposite of customers piling into your portal and applying online by the droves as the made it out to be. Also, once you get your site is about a 2 week set up process for you and then you still need to driver traffic to it by SEO, PPC, or some form of advertising. Until then it's an island in the middle of the Pacific that no one knows how to get to. ;-)
