Foresters F.E. Contract Question

JD, you know I respect you as a hard working intelligent person.

But you have drank WAY too much of the AFL-CIO kool-aid on this one. They have you brain-washed.

Let's just hope no one sneeks one of those PT Cruisers (Mexican made) or Ford Fusions (Mexico) or Chrysler 300s (Canada) in your driveway.

At least half the Chevy Silverados are made here in Indiana however they only use 60% American parts and only 60% if you count Canada as part of America (it is on the continent of North America so I guess that's why they count it.)

JD, we can agree to disagree on this one. I know I will never convince you otherwise.

If we had gotten the proper domestic content legislation passed, a vehicle would have to 90% domestic content to call it American made.

It is an insult to have my core values called "brain-washed". So, we really don't need to continue this discussion.

What kind of TV do you have?

The TV is going to be a tough one to argue as with most electronics so we probably wont here an answer.

Who knows maybe he doesnt own one.

JD- Are you only invested in US treasuries and US savings bonds too.
Because your ideas might not hold up with many "US Companies" investments either.

Somethings really are not Black and White, and US car companies manufacturing overseas is one.

You have half the fleet made overseas how can support the whole company or do you only support HALF.

By the way do you trace where your gas and oil that go into the car also?

When I need a vehicle, I look for one down on the corner that has less than 150K miles on it. And if I can buy it for under $1500, preferably around $1000, I'll take it. If'n it don't smoke too bad, or leak fluids out as fast as I put 'em in.
I don't care what they call it, or where it was made. After I buy it, I just call it mine. A name don't mean a hill o' beans to me. Main thing is it'll pass insp., an not drink to much gas, or have a $650 payment on it.

Now, when I start makin a fortune in ins., I'll buy up some. Maybe go to a 5 year old vehicle. But I'll never make enuff money to buy a motorsicle. They seem like they are too dangerous and overpriced.
