Who is the best to contract with when you are new? Is it worth it to contract with a place that also sells leads? How is Equita Final Expense for new people? Thanks.

AIL(American Income Life)

In my opinion, I put them in order of best to worst but they all are pretty close to each other in that ranking.

Hmm.... Ok. I'll walk down this path. Lol. What would that be? Remember, he asked For a company that has training and leads. Kind if had to go the best of the worst.

Hahaaaaaa. How did I know. Lol. Here's why I didn't list them for this particular agents request. They really are trying to focus heavily on their telesales program. Contrary to the normal thought process, I don't believe that would be a good fit for him/her unless the agent is close to an actual office.

We still hire outside agents to work my particular program but again, the failure rate outside our office is huge. Haven't found that golden child yet. But if an agent like our program and they want to come onboard I won't turn them down if they sell themselves properly. But the other reason is that Senior Life now has locked down territories. So we recruiters can only hire in our prospective areas.

Maybe I'm missing something. Are saying you think that the groups you listed are all pretty close to each other in any way?
