What is the street level commission for the Forethought Final Expense Plan and what FMO or GA should I contact to get a contract?

Street is 110% with 10% renewals for years 2-10.

I'm not accepting new agents for Forethought but I have other choices that I can offer you. Do a search for Settlers Life and you will see why I believe them to be the best choice of all.

I just saw that you're in California and unfortunately Settlers insn't in CA.

I would recommend Monumental. Let me know if you want info on them.

I can get you 110%, 7.5%, 2-10 w/ free business cards and a lead program with a small company. One that will call you by your first name and pay you fast! And when you call in, there is no voice mail....just live voices 99.9% of the time.
Easy issue, and takes everybody but aids, bedridden or organ transplant.
Send me a PM.

Buddy

I'll see your 110 and raise you to 115% plus 8% for years 2-25 (you saw that right 25) That's a total of 315% commission over 25 years. Experienced producers only please on this one. OR you can take 100% and have a great lead program and still get renewals for 25 years.

A-rated company with AM Best with rapid issue, rapid pay they seem to answer the phone pretty quick too even though they are a larger company.

That's an interesting question.

Forethought has been very unclear on that and if you call them and ask them you will get a different answer every day of the week.

BUT, I asked that question of the vice-president of final expense sales back in May 2009 and after he researched it he told me it is definitely 100% chargeback for all lapse and cancelations and non-accidental deaths for the first 6-months.

For the 7th - 12th month it's prorated with the 7th month being a 90% chargeback through the 12th month being a 10% chargeback.

He told me they were having meetings about that very subject and would announce to all the agents if and when it changes. So far I haven't heard any announcement.

Forethought sounds like Presidential.
I believe they are full charge backs for the first 6 months, and pro-rated to one year.

With guaranteed issue products, it has to be that way.

ForeThought for most of their history had sold only guaranteed issue products (no one turned down for ANY reason.) When they brought out ForeLife even though it's not guaranteed issue, they left the chargeback policy the same as they had always had.
