Forethought Life...Dumping Final Expense?

I was talking to a few colleagues the other day and one of them mentioned that Forethought Life was pulling the plug on final expense. I know they recently increased rates and changed the way they pay out commissions. The word is that it might happen this summer. Has anyone heard?

Ditto to what newbury said.

They think their stuff doesn't stink up there in Indy and blew themselves out of the market with crazy premium increase last fall.

They came out strong giving away high contracts, but there underwriting and premiums are not competitive.
