If I was told this before I contracted, I would have contracted elsewhere.

If you think you can get a better contract elsewhere I can see if can help you with a release. Generally speaking (and yes, there are exceptions), Frank gave out higher level contracts that most other marketers.

1. The program that I use is ACT! (their exclamation point, not mine.) My original version was 2000 and I've upgraded since.
2. I have no complaints about my contract, but I do have relationships with other brokers who are also contracting supps. Perhaps I'm making too much of it, but unless I have a track (or at least a starting point), to run on I don't feel comfortable selling the product. Surely, my client will ask me for some direction. Knowing the plans without knowing what questions to ask, and how to apply the information is, in my mind a problem.

Act! has been my workhorse for about 20 years and it has served me extremely well.

Rick is a big believer in pre-nep immediate releases. If it's up to him he would have released you a long time ago.

The two of us spoke and if a release was requested I suspect I would be able to swing it.

However I think it's moot at the moment based upon on conversation.

I bought YIO and my computer crashed....lost the file. Any way to get it back? I'm sure Frank had me on record....I bought his training as well. Not to mention called him 100 times.....he was a great guy!

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I have been using the temporary site as best as possible until they get back to me. I miss the actual YIO. I still have Frank's message on my voicemail thanking me for the YIO order.
