There has been an up tick in Trans reaching out for agent's feed back. After some conversations with CS personal, I think they are feeling some kick back and pain from the sales force... they just can't seem to move that toward a change in business practice.

The forum has few things to say good about them. New agent's beware.

I wasn't captive with them, I am and was indy. Thank GOD.

I keep up with my clients throughout the year. I think though, I'm going to make a special call to just my Transamerica clients. Thankfully I don't have many of them.

Let us know how it goes. I will not surprised if you don't gain some new clients out of it.

One good reason to do the 'just checking in calls is to update benes. Also a great time to give and get updated cell and emails. Also for the benes (prospects).
