Had a client that I could not tell if they were a man or a woman. Had my suspicion but still had to ask for their ID first. Which made the client irritated. They said, why do you need to see my id? I said to either qoute you as a male or female. They said they identify themselves as a female so they deserve female rates. I said Sir/Mam insurance companies dont care how you identify. If you we're born with a penis then I have to quote you as a male.
