GI Final Expense for 31 year old?

Thanks. No wonder I couldn't find it under GI, because it's not.

I didn't see the 2 health questions in the UW Guide. Do you know what they are?

1) Has the Proposed Insured been declined for Life Insurance in the past 6 months?

2) To the best of your knowledge and belief, is the Proposed Insured currently receiving hospice care; waiting on an
organ or tissue transplant; or ever been diagnosed with a terminal illness; or in the past 10 years, tested positive for HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), or been diagnosed as having AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome)?

I looked at their underwriting guide on FEXquotes. It seems you have to either have a P&C policy with Nationwide or be a family member of a P&C policyowner...If that is true, then you would be limited as to whom you can write..
