GI Final Expense

Security National Life has a graded plan that is ROP +10%. There are health questions and a ht/wt chart, but if theyre under 50, their rates blow Kemper away. I dont know about over 50 though. Vantis and Gerber may still win out. But for a few bucks more a month and 90% comp, I think I'll go with SNL.

I bet you could fit 75% of your GI clients with them.

Well of course you only write GI as a last resort!:D

I am a broker in Texas. My wife has multiple myeloma, diagnosed last October. She is responding well to the drugs and the cancer is currently dormant. There is no cure, though. People are living longer with the new treatments, ten years and longer. Can I get FE for my wife? She is presently at home and we are getting home care. She is sixty.

ROP plan with MOO, Gerber, Kemper..

Return of Premium? That is graded? You pay premiums for two or three years before the policy goes into effect. Is that correct?

Some companies call them graded, some modified. Almost all GI are 2-3 yr ROP. Most graded are 30/70/100.

GPM will do ROP 30% first year 70% second year as opposed to ROP + 10%

ROP stands for return of premium, hence they would only get their premiums returned + maybe 10%. So I think you may be describing their graded product.
